They were very capable and very good people. They are submitting the invoice to our insurance company, I don’t have the copy of that, but they said they would furnish me a copy. They got here very quickly and were very responsive. They diverted their man to do the initial assessment and he immediately alerted them that they should come out the same day in the evening. They did save everything. They were very good and cleaned up after themselves. A supervisor came back, tested the level of water with a machine, and told us that they would have to leave the equipment on for another day because it hadn’t been totally dry yet. The supervisor who came was a very responsible and very knowledgeable fellow. We are dried out and we feel very comfortable with being to be able to reconstruct without any molds. The second day, the manager called us to say that he would be out here between one and three and he got here around twelve.
Description of Work: I used Service Master of Newark for water remediation after we had water damage. The fixture inside the toilet tank in the upstairs toilet bathroom got stuck and the water wouldn't shut off, so while we were sleeping for seven and a half hours, there was water coming out. It ruined the bathroom, the carpet upstairs in the hallway, water ran through the ceiling in the kitchen, blew out a light in the kitchen, and then leaked down to the basement. We had about quarter of an inch standing water in kitchen and in the basement and everything was getting soaked. Some of curtains in the basement got totally soaked, the kitchen ceiling was starting to sag because of water absorption, and they had to pull the ceiling down and get it out of here. They opened it up so that they could dry the hardwood sub floors from underneath and they did the same for the basement floors. They had to tear out one row of insulation there.
