Another great subcontractor thru Lowes in Dover DE.  He and his crew had to move out all my appliances to install vinyl sheet flooring over an existing damaged vinyl.  They came in with dropcloths,  pieces of plywood to protect floors, etc.  He (the boss) used appropriate leveling compound, did a very careful job of prepping for the cementing, cutting,  etc.  My kitchen was somewhat of a nightmare (small, difficult to work in) but everything was put in place, including toekicks,  & quarter-round molding, with no problem.  Cleanup was carefully and thoroughly done.  He made sure when re-positioning the gas stove that the hook-up had no leaks (soapy water, no bubbles test) very reassuring.  Even positioned the edges of the vinyl under the dishwasher location in such a manner that even if there were water leakage, no damage would occur to underlayment plywood.  No shortcuts taken.
