Damian Nardo came to fix a leaking water pipe in my basement. It was leaking a the fitting where the PVC joins to the copper. 6 days later, while out of town, the fitting split and consequently flooded my basement. I now have to either repaint or replace all the molding in my finished basement. All I asked was to have my money refunded, which they offered, but I have never received. I used them based on my home warranty. I also discovered that he is a convicted felon, which the home warranty company or Coastal themselves did not disclose. The reason the pipe leaked was due to over-tightening the fitting, which was obvious based on the type of split. I would not use this company again or recommend them.

UPDATE: Awful! As a followup, trying to get my money back. First they said the refund was sent. Now I find out the owner wants a statement by a licesed plumber of the failure. I find this quite funny as the person from Coastal that did the work is a convicted felon, and therefore cannot sit for licensure (always google before using a service, I wish I had).

UPDATE: Owner refunded my money, after a few conversations, we both came to understand each other's issues with the situation and ended on a very nice note. Based on this, I would consider using their services again.
