Our air conditioning went out during 95+ degree weather. We have a home warranty and was given a few names of HVAC companies, all of which were not able to come out for a minimum of 9 days. We called the home warranty company and explained this and was given Bayless & Sons number to call and see if we could get a quicker date. It was 720pm and I called the office to leave a message and Chad Bayless answered. I explained what was going on and I could hear his kids in the background and I said I would call back in morning as it is family time for him. He insisted on listening to my problems with our A/C and offered to come to our house within 36 hours. Upon arrival, he quickly figured out the problem and repaired our A/C. What impressed us most was his compassion and care towards our dilemma. His work is excellent and we have a cool house now!!!!
