The technician from Miller (Tim) arrived right on time and quickly inspected the A/C unit by measuring pressures, temp., etc. He determined it was a faulty A/C capacitor. He had the part in his van and quickly replaced the faulty capacitor, restarted and tested the unit. Tim was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. The service call cost $60 and the parts & labor were $220.

I have a service contract with them. Their service is very good. They're an excellent company. The owner is a real good guy. He saved me $10,000 on a previous service after another provider told me that I needed a new heater. I got a second opinion from Miller. He was able to fix the issue for about $175.

The tech was a bit late. However, he did come out at 9:30 on the same evening I called and had us back up and running in about 15 minutes. I was incredibly impressed with this. I recommend Miller without reservations. Do not call the other guys.

The service was fine.  We have a service contract with them. I think they were responsive and I think it was fine. I would use them again in the future.
