TORTORICE CONTRACTORS

My wife explained that we would like to add a window that was removed by the previous owner and showed Norman our neighbor's house which is the same floor plan as mine. She also explained to him that we would like to add a window on the facade above the garage door. And lastly, that we would like to add a transom window at the top of the steps similar to a Transom window at the top of the stairs. He commented that the wall being requested is not an exterior wall, which is a very ignorant comment for not walking the property and understanding how the house is layed out and without even going upstairs. It is my Wife & I's feelings that Norman did not want to talk with the Woman of the household as I was downstairs on a conference call. Norman did not even measure the windows of my neighbors house, or even ask of the size of window being requested above the garage. I will NEVER call Tortorice again, which is unfortunate because I love to support local companies and they are only a 5 minute drive away.
