Single Source Contracting

Contractor was hired to repair my mother's house after water damage from a burst pipe. Monitoring the job from out of town I stopped by unannounced to check on progress. We were lied to about progress, electrical permits were not pulled, new electrical did not work, dry wall and painting beyond sub standard, owner was unorganized per his own admission. We hired the original adjustor who evaluated the property after the initial water damage to come in and ***** the work that had been done. He was in shock and reported that all of the work that was done would need to be redone.
