We had our sump pump die on us after only 2 years. (New construction). Unfortunately, the basement flooded from all the rain. We needed to replace it ASAP as the forecast was rain for 3-4 more days. We called fletcher (during the Covid shelter at home) and they ended up coming to our house within 3 hours.. on a Sunday! He installed the new pump and was done in less than an hour. Great service, extremely reasonable pricing.. especially on a Sunday for an emergency call. We’ve used these guys before and will continue to use them. A+ service all the way.

Fletchers provided prompt professional service to identify an issue that a competitor could not find. Restoring AC function and taking on the responsibility to process manufacturer warranty which will allow for permanent resolution. They were at the property within the hour on a holiday weekend and took steps to minimize peak call out charges. I've used them for years for plumbing and will now do the same for HVAC.

Everyone was very professional and friendly from the office staff to the plumber. Everything went and cost according to the information I was given. They are a very good company. I have used them since I have lived here. They come every year and do my gas furnace. They get me tuned up for the summer and heating in the winter. They are a family owned business. I have dealt with them for past 12 years. They have been great. If I have a service contract with them and if it's a middle of summer, they will come out. They are very considerate of the elderly. The quality is superb.

While this project took longer to complete than anticipated I am quite happy with the new heating system. For the first time in 12 years I am able to use a heat pump and stay warm. The only bad experience I had was the communication with the front office. Other than that they provided the equipment and service as stated. I ended up spending more than I wanted but I got a high quality heat pump. Very thankful to Fletcher's and would use them again.
