Description of Work: Arrived took one look at TV saw a crack in the screen, said that was the problem and left, sent me an invoice for $139. Tech was here for about ten minutes and all he did was not listen to the reason for the service call. Screen was cracked when TV fell over. Was taken down from wall mount in mid January when failure occurred. Screen was not cracked at that time. To be fair was not their fault that it took so long. Contacted me within days of work order being sent to them. Warrantech took over 2 months to schedule the repair. As it is right now? I still have a broken 50" TV and now have a bill for $139. So no, I am not happy with Al's TV.

 + -1 moreThe TV was Repaired under Warranty with a 90 day warranty for the service provider. About 60 days later the picture became darker and I was told that this was a different problem. I called the company which I purchased the extended warranty from Home Shopping Club and they refused to help. I called the manufacturer and tech support informed me that the part they replaced could be causing the TV to go dark . So i called them again and have not received a return call.
