First, the provider came and dug a hole. He then left and didn't come back for another two days. When came back, he said that he couldn't find clean enough water without digging a new hole. He suggested that we just get a water filter so that we would have clean water that didn't smell like sulfur. He finally installed the filter a week later and installed the pump within the same day. He told me that the water might smell for a couple of days, but it should go away. I waited a full week before I called him again. He gave me the run around after he was paid. He then stopped answering his phone calls and stop returning them as well. The best thing about Wes was that he was extremely friendly. However, extremely friendly does not clean the water. He is very unprofessional with keeping his appointments and returning phone calls. We asked that he just remove his product and give us a refund. We have yet to receive our funds back and he has yet to come and uninstall his merchandise.

"We offered customer two types of systems they chose the cheaper way to go even after explaining to them the water quality would be poor and we do control what water is on the property Iam sorry they were disappointed with the quality but it was explained the likelihood of"
