We?ve been using them for a few months now and they?re a very good company. They are very reliable, professional, and knowledgeable.

They are prompt very polite they come back in and tell you what they did or didnt find. Very respectful and they crawl under my house. They are wonderful people, the owners all of the workers.

Explained everything that would be done, difference between single service and year long coverage. Chose the latter. Work scheduled quickly and completed. Ants under control with another session coming up to be sure.

the provider took time to explain what and why the insects were a problem and was sure to caution any children to avoid the sprayed area.

We had a new concrete driveway installed in an area that used to be sandy, and within 2 weeks, one of our plumbers (who was under the house installing a new hose bib right next to the driveway) came out crawling with ticks, which have never been a problem in our yard or house.  I saved one of the ticks to give to the Agricultural Extension agent who came out the next day, he took it to their lab, and their staff identified it as a juvenile male dog tick.  Last time we had a dog outside was two years ago, but you can read stories everywhere about ticks burrowing into sand to lay eggs that can remain dormant for years, hatching and emerging only with a disturbance.  Like excavation for a new driveway, for example.
Brassure's came out right away and proposed a monthly spray around the perimeter of the house, emphasizing areas around the new driveway and just under the edge of the house. Each month, the technician came to the house on time, stopped to warn us about keeping kids indoors or away from sprayed area, then treated the house exactly as described. Every month went the same way, these guys were good. No unexpected disruptions, always quick, efficient, professional.  And they knew their stuff, too. We talked about the nearest vegetation (phragmites) being too far from the house to be an ongoing source of ticks, and they knew exactly how to limit their service (to the perimeter of the house) to be effective. We talked about the deer that frequent the area, and how deer ticks would not have the right habitat to encroach on our yard. 
We never had another recurrence of ticks, of any kind.
I would use this service again in a heartbeat.  Be educated, know what you want, tell them what you need, and Brassure's will do the job.  Great service, great experience.  Highly recommend.

There was no charge since it was less than a year since we had had the original termite treatment. In addition they consulted with us about some ants we had found and said that once the damp wood was replaced there would not be a problem with the ants. So they did not recommend that their company do any treatment for the ants.

Very responsive. Treated inside the house and garage when I moved in and they treat three times per year. No problems.

He actually came early which was great, was very polite and respectful. He was neat in his work and careful of items in house. Made certain my cat was safe. All in all I was pleased and will use them in the future.
