Mike, our technician, was very careful and professional. He was on time and worked diligently and thoroughly. The carpets look great. This is 2nd year we have used Brasure's and have been happy with both cleanings. Will definitely use again.

Beyond our expectation on cleaning old and very dirty rugs. Friendly telephone service followed by friendly, courteous, prompt, professional field service and factory work.

Estimate (free) - Brasure's sent a tech to measure and price the cleaning the day after I contacted them, and e-mailed me the estimate as soon as the measuring appointment was completed. I set an appointment to perform the work about 2 weeks later. Brasure's rep indicated they would text me day before to confirm, which they did. Carpet Cleaning technician, Shawn, Bailey, was on time and professional. We walked the rooms to be cleaned, and agreed on which furniture would be more and which would not (per the estimate). Work took a little over 2 and a half hours. Shawn kept me informed of progress throughout. Shawn had me inspect each area as he completed the cleaning. He identified 2 areas with staining that he treated particularly. The carpet looks much better. The stained areas are much improved (I can see a faint outline of the stained area, but they are much improved). I would hire Brasure's again. The office staff and cleaning technicians were friendly and helpful. There is a $25 internet coupon available, and Brasure's honored that coupon offer.

They have a cleaning and repair service for Oriental rugs. The price was reasonable. I will use them to clean the rugs. I think the work was high quality. They have excellent workmanship. The workers were good.

I have my beach condo for sale. It has been on the market longer than I expected. My real estate agent suggested I have my carpet stretched to show better. I called several carpet stores and they were very rude and would only try to sell me new carpet. I called Brasures and they said they would stretch carpet if they cleaned it. I agreed to have them do the work. They came out in less than a week and did a beautiful job. Even did work in bedroom for same price. The carpet looks fantastic and and I am optimistic I can now sell my unit. I would highly recommend Brasures, they know what they are doing and have extensive experience in carpet care.

The 2 servicemen arrived on time on 'cleaning day.' The 'project' took approx. 5 hours with 2 men working hard throughout the day. To prepare, I did not have to move a thing! They took care of putting 'lifts' under furniture to clean underneath furniture but, of course, each home is different. I had recently returned home after being away for 6 months, so my home was clutter free.

The total amount of the job may seem a bit high to some but a lot of work and services went into that final number. This is a great company so I thought it may be helpful to provide information regarding the services I had performed. Below is a breakdown of the services, total square footage, and breakdown of the charges. .

1) TILE- 262 sq ft cleaned ($327.50) and sealed ( plus $196.50). Total charge for TILE cleaning and grout sealing was $524.00.

2) CARPET- 629 sq ft. cleaned ($292.18) and scotch guard applied ($97.80) Total charge for carpet cleaning with scotch guard was $389.98.

*****$524.00(tile) plus ($389.98) less $25 online Brasure coupon for April =$888.98 total cost.

I believe I paid a very reasonable price. The 2 men from Brasure's did an A++job. I have white ceramic tile with very light grout in the kitchen, foyer and both bathrooms. After 10 years, the grout was in desperate need of cleaning. After having tile/grout cleaned AND sealed, it looks brand new-totally amazing!.

I had a terrific experience with Brasure's and called their office the following day just to let them know what an outstanding job the 2 men had done and that. I was absolutely thrilled with the results!. I would highly recommend using Brasure;s for your carpet and/ or tile cleaning needs. It has been over a month now since the cleaning took place. The tile and grout looks beautiful/ brand new. The cleaning has also given new life to the carpeting. Yes, I am a very, happy customer. I will definitely use Brasure's again in the future..

They cleaned all beautifully , moved furniture, put protective foam under all furniture to be removed when the carpets were completely dry. They were professional and without a doubt the best carpet cleaners I have ever hired.

Cleaned sofa and an area rug. The rug wasn't contracted but the solution got on a corner of it while the tech was cleaning the sofa. The resulting "clean spot" made it necessary for the rest of the rug to be cleaned as well. This was done at no additional cost. I have used Brasure's for over 25 years and they are always great to deal with. (Date of service is approximate)

My technician, Shawn, was a few minutes late, but called before he was scheduled to arrive and let me know. He ended up only being 8 minutes late, but I appreciated the notice. He was polite, and neatly dressed in a uniform with the company name embroidered on the shirt. He explained everything he was doing, and worked quickly and efficiently. The carpets came out looking new, and most of the furniture cleaned up very well. I had dining room chairs that were so stained he couldn't do much for them, although he tried. He felt bad that they didn't turn out better.

I decided to get my carpets & sofa cleaned in my home before the busy summer season. Calling the office to set-up my appointment was a breeze! They happily answered the phone and gave me several different options for my appointment.They also let me know that they would give me a reminder call the day before the appointment. When the cleaning date arrived, the technician was there right on time and walked thru my home with me and went over all of my concerns. There were some areas in the Diningroom that had several spots and stains, the technician assured me that he would do the best he could and if any of the spots came back to give the office a call and he would come back and go over the area again for me. I definitely recommend Brasure's Carpet Care to anyone who is in needs carpet and/or upholstery cleaned!
