Horrible experience. I feel sorry for anyone that is considering buying their new spec home they built next to me in Clearbrooke Estates. I wouldn't even waste my time stopping and looking at that house. If you want to see something they do, there has been truck loads of dirt sitting in front of one of their houses for over two months that they closed on last year. I feel for them folks who never got a finished product up front when they settled on a house. Would not recommend them to anyone. We were told by Brian that the job would start after all materials were delivered, and then it would take three weeks to complete. Wrong, we went three months without back steps and never knew when workers were going to show up. Have tried for over two months for Brian Brown to stand behind his guarantee of us being satisfied and his year workmanship warranty. He has yet to answer any of the items except with a small payout to void the rest of our project for his cost of stone material and labor that his crews installed incorrectly. Now since his crews know little about the products they use and are not experienced enough to call themselves finish carpenters we are now living through bowed and warped Azek deck boards and Azek trim boards cracking due to items not being installed correctly with the proper gapping and now are unsighlty since the material has began expanding from the weather. The list goes on and on with the issues that we continue to find. Let alone manufactures denying all warranty claims since they have installed numerous materials incorrectly.
