About us

After many years in the appliance field, Steve Kelly (founder) began the company in 1993 in Princess Anne, MD servicing the residential area around him. After several years, he moved the company to Seaford, DE where he opened up a new service area in addition to the original area. With this change, he also brought on a new service technician and the company began to grow. Now, Kelly Appliance has two of the best appliance repair technicians in the area. We are the selected service provider for most homes on the Eastern Shore as well as the some of the largest rental property management companies.

My nine year old clothes dryer began making a loud squealing noise. I called a number of repair shops , but found them to be unable to help for a variety of reasons. Kelly appliance repair, however, was prompt and efficient, and repaired the problem as fast as I could have hoped. Also, Joe, the company technician, was courteous and informative. I can't imagine calling anyone else for any future repairs needed on my appliances.

I probablydid not need to buy stainless steel hoses: I expect they will outlast the washing machine and me for that matter. Makes me feel like a fool. Oh well, all else went well.

Was able to come out on short notice. It was an emergency because we had lots of food in the freezer. He promptly assessed the problem and gave us a more than fair estimate. He even had the part right on the truck and completed the job in less than an hour. We were very pleased. Would definitely use Kelly Appliance Service in Seaford, DE again.

They came out and were very efficient. I highly recommend them. They didn't even charge me until they came back and made the repair and it ended up being cheaper than the quoted price.

From our search on Angies List to the initial contact, call back to our message and scheduled appointment it was about one week. (The work/repair had to be set up in accordance with our schedule and the Company was very accomodating even up to the point of calling our contact number when the Repair Technician was on his way.) We were very satified with the service provided and will definitely call them again should the need arise in the future. Kelly Appliance Service is highly recommended by us.)
