The service rep in Cambridge, Maryland was fantastic. We finally were so upset with Comcast that we decided to bring our equipment and go in person to a local store. The service rep, Diane Bradford, was friendly, patient, listened carefully to our long history of problems (mostly misunderstandings and Comcast providing different equipment than they said they would provide, then having a third set of equipment listed in our file), and - best of all - actually FIXED the problem! It took quite awhile, but she was thorough and then explained everything she had done. After more than 6 calls to Comcast, including talking with supervisors, etc., Diane was able to just cut through all the malarkey and figure out the problem. It's good to know that some folks are serious about the "service" part of their job.

We haven't had any problems. They are good, but their prices a little high. They are very prompt and professional.

We are not terribly satisfied with them. They seem to have issues with being able to provide consistent service. Probably once or twice every day to every two days we'll get a service disruption. Since we have both the television and internet through them, we'll notice pages won't load or the internet will disconnect or the television itself won't be able to get the channels in or stream movies. It's happening more lately rather than less. They advised us to reset our router last month. It took care of a small problem but not the consistent problem we've been having. Whenever I've called, I usually find pretty good customer service. My biggest complaint is that it seems over time they should have better and better service, and it seems to be going the other way. If I had the opportunity to change, I would like to try a different company.
