I was very happy with the repair work that they did and the pricing. I also took one of my desktops to them and had them update that also. They had a reasonable diagnostic fee like $20. They actually put that $20 into the total cost to do the repair. Their price was very fair. They gave me a 90-day guarantee on the work they did. I am very comfortable with that. They called and let us know on the second job that they wouldn’t be able to get it ready on time and asked if that was okay. They contacted and gave us the options. It was something beyond their control
