Bill Thoroughgood worked us into his busy day and had the washer working within the hour. Very reasonable cost for the job.

When we first contacted them the dryer was taking 3 cycles to dry a medium load of towels. He cleaned the lint trap area & that was it. He said the temperatures were right & he didn't know what the problem was. He never opened up the duct work or anything. He didn't have a ladder so he couldn't even check the duct work & vent. He said something along the lines of, 'If I can push a tap measure through the duct work it's ok' - It's a 4" duct & the tape measure's an inch wide. After he left I got a ladder & checked the duct myself - there was a birds nest in it.
I called the company & they basically blew me off. As soon as they heard who I was, that I had a complaint, they didn't want to talk to me.
