Things did not go well. There was a miscommunication initially between the front office and the vet. Vet didn’t know she was to look at mass in eye until I told her. Said eyes looked clear. But she was to check a mass on eyelid margin. Was given a pitch that cryotherapy was the safer approach. For whatever vague reason given, pet was unable to have cryotherapy although pitch was it was the safer option then cone surgery. Other than it “ didn’t look good” No real reason given. Suspect it was an end day equipment failure. So surgery ended up being burn Plus cone cut on eyelid margin. No call back to see how dog was doing. Called asked vet for call back since dog wasn’t doing well. NO response,,,,!!! This was a Friday... called. Dog had complications and directed far away in another town for service. No call back from vet.

Before that, we had two pets we took in for their treatments. I don't remember the cost. We go for vaccinations as well as health check-ups.

This is the second visit to RB Animal Hospital with my puppy. The tech was on time to come and pick us up. She checked out my puppy, filled out the computer information, took the puppy back for his complimentary nail trim. He was gone less than 10 min., then we waited a few minutes more for Dr. Sarah to come in and check him over and give him his shot. My puppy loves Dr. Sarah as my other dog did. She is kind, gentle and loves her job! We scheduled our next visit and we were out the door...all in less than 30 minutes! I love this Veterinary Hospital...everyone is kind, responsive to your dog, and treat all of us two legged and four legged folks the same! Great place!!

Dr. and all of the Staff were very professional and caring. From the moment we arrived until we left. This was the first time we had been to this animal hospital since our regular vet had closed. And our first and only visit had to be to euthanize our beloved dog. I can't praise these people enough for their care and understanding in our time of need. She was an older dog and a large dog, they even came out to the car and helped us get her inside since she had trouble walking. I would recommend this animal hospital.

New to the area, this was my first experience with local veterinarians. I was very pleased. They were very accommodating with special needs, provided quality care and offered helpful resources.

It wewnt fine. My kitty is better and now ready for kittens hots and neutering.

Very very well

The price included all medicines that were prescribed - 3 different pills and 1 specialty shampoo. My Golden retriever was having some type of allergy issues and would not stop scratching. After 3 days of taking the pills she is back to her old self, as she has a couple of growths on the inside of her mouth, I did schedule another appointment for some surgery. I've been going to RBAH for over 8 years, I have 4 cats and 3 dogs and have always been treated with care, concern and respect. After having one of my animals euthanized - I was asked if I would prefer taking the back way out of the building in order to avoid the crowd in the waiting room. Highly recommend them and any of the doctors that work there.

I switched to Rehoboth Beach Animal Hospital in Rehoboth about two years ago and I couldn't be happier. My miniature schnauzer is diabetic. I adopted her at 6 years old and the first two years with her were very challenging because she had incontinence problems and her diabetes never seemed to be under control. She was sluggish and seemed like she felt terrible. No matter how many times I took her to a different animal hospital in the area, they never came up with a plan to get the diabetes/incontinence under control. Rehoboth Animal Hospital is closer to my house and was recommended to me by a friend. I took my dog there for and asked for a full medical assessment. Dr. Curtis got right to work, ran blood tests and evaluated my dog. She came up with a plan that seemed rather aggressive - a much higher dose of insulin, heart medication and Proin to address the incontinence. I was nervous to put my dog on so many medicines but the doctor assured me that this would work. WIthin days, everything changed for the better. My dog stopped wetting herself (she had to wear doggie diapers most of the time) and she was not only running around but actually wanted to play! Our regular visits to Rehoboth Animal Hospital are very informative and proactive. Several other issues have been immediately attended to and my dog is as healthy and happy as can be. Rehoboth Animal Hospital's front desk staff is made up of and quot;animal peopleand quot; who obviously love what they do, are very good at it and truly care about the animals. The service is friendly and personal, not cold and clinical. There pricing is also very reasonable. Last year they built and moved into a state of the art facility which makes the experience all the more pleasant.

They have a very good reputation around town.

Overall, they are good just need cheaper prices! Or, a payment plan when something huge happens. Pet insurance is a fraud so I found out with my dogs heart issues.

We saw Dr. Curtis who is excellent and very well trained. She is thorough and answered all of my questions. They are very reasonably priced and they try their best to keep costs down. It's been a good experience. They are a small animal hospital and I have really enjoyed going there.

I have recently changed vets, from Savannah to Rehoboth Animal Hospital. I had been going to Savannah for 4 years. I like that Rehoboth Animal Hospital has a personal touch, whereas, at Savannah I felt that we were just a number and they were more concerned about the money than our happiness. When you first walk in to Rehoboth Animal Hospital, it is cute and cozy, but not the fancy like the other vet, but as Judge Judy says "good looks fade, brains are forever". I would recommend Rehoboth Animal Hospital any day!
