They have done a good job. They are up on things. The purchase of the house went smooth and Paul was as good as he could have been. When something went wrong with the rental property Girdy would send someone right out. I recently switch people within the same company and now Murphy manages the rental.

They did a good job. It took a long time to sell the house but it was an expensive house. They are a good real estate company and have good quality people so we stuck with them. Their charge was 5% which is the general price level in the area. They were very professional.
