General Remodeling
Terrible! Builder Mark Kalb was constantly behind schedule, always late, always making excuses. And those are just a few of my complaints about Mark Kalb and Kalb Construction. A year after construction was to supposed to be finished, there are still loose ends, including lack of a final survey required for a county Certificate of Occupancy. I had to hire a surveyor at my own expense ($250) to get the final survey completed when Mark Kalb said it wasn't his problem. I would heartily discourage anyone from hiring this contractor.
