We purchased a sofa and chair set made by England furniture.
The sales people- Richard and Bill were incredibly friendly and helpful in providing information and waiting patiently as we sat in just about every chair/sofa in the store. We ultimately purchased a set from the tent sale they were having and got an excellent deal!
When we were first looking to make a purchase we got a bit confused about delivery dates and the availability of merchandise for immediate delivery. (They have limited items for immediate delivery make sure you are clear about this if that is important to you.)
The prices were good and it is worthwhile being able to test run your furniture- which is why we didn't buy online.
I would recommend them and use them again in the future.

Responded to a newspaper ad for a Sale on Klaussner furniture with available delivery within 30 DAYS. At time of purchase were told 6 to 8 weeks for delivery. Today, was informed that part of order was in (tomorrow will be 6 weeks from purchase) , and that the one remaining item will not be in for 3 or 4 weeks more. Our options: 1. Take delivery of available items and pick up remaining item when it comes in. 2. Take delivery of available items and pay additional $99 delivery charge on remaining item. 3. Cancel remaining item and pay a 25% restocking fee, even though the item is not in stock. At the very least the store has questionable business practices, or intentionally misrepresent. In any case we will not be doing business with them again.
