Chris was very honest and presented me with several products and options and only gave me what I asked for with absolutely no pressure tactics or crazy loan products with questionable outcomes. The appraisals and closings went very smoothly. This is a locally owned mortgage broker that is invested in this community and it shows!
Description of Work: I have used Dynamic mortgage to refinance my home two different times over the past ten years. I worked directly with Chris Carulli each time. He searched for several different loans for me at very competitive interest rates and then set up and initiated both refinance closings.
