Cushy Tushy

Can't speak highly enough of the fantastic job that Donna did reupholstering my 20+ year old sleeper sofa, transforming it from shabby to chic! It was a good piece of furniture, but dated, and Donna made a few great suggestions on how to modernize and the end result is really great. Highly recommended!

Donna was extremely helpful with her services.  She encouraged me to take the skirting off, to give the chairs a fresher contemporary look.  She took the time to show me the details of how she actually goes about the process. She showed me the tools she uses as well as the hardware that she needs to replace in the gutts of the chair.   It was a great educational experience.  She  is friendly  and hardworking and did a very beautiful job in a very short time frame. I will definitely use her again and refer her to my friends!  You will not be disappointed.

I had just moved into the area and really needed new furniture to suit my needs but decided it was not in the budget so instead had Donna make new covers for my sofa cushions and body of sofa.  I can't believe how it turned out.  It looks exactly like what I would have bought only at a fraction of the cost.  I couldn't be happier and would not hesitate to recommend Donna's services to anyone looking to upgrade the look of their furniture or just wanting a change.

I had purchased a wicker furniture set for my sun porch that was in very good shape except for the cushions.  My plan was to replace the cushions with new ones which are easy enough to find except the quality of the new ones were not really what I wanted and they were expensive.  I wanted my cushions to be as comfortable as my indoor furniture and not make my butt go numb after sitting for an hour!!!  I decided to look into having cushions made by Donna at Cushy Tushy and couldn't believe how reasonable the price was.  Not only that but I was able to choose the firmness/softness/thickness of the foam and the fabric I liked.  I couldn't be happier with the end result!!!!!  Donna was very helpful throughout the entire process.  I wanted my seat and back cushions to be a certain shape which she helped me design but what was most important to me was the comfort.  She made samples of the back cushions to help me see what the different foam or feather pillows would feel like until I was happy with the support and comfort and brought samples to my home of the different seat cushion foam to choose from.
She is a true professional and the quality of her work was perfect.  I love my new porch furniture.  It is actually more comfortable than my indoor furniture!!!!   I highly recommend Donna if you have a project like this.  She was a pleasure to work with!!!
