My partner and I had very little prior experience with real estate transactions and when it was time to sell our condo, we needed a lot of "hand-holding" along the way. Candy was wonderful to work with! She was very patient and always supportive, calmly  guiding us through a process that would otherwise have been completely overwhelming. She demonstrated knowledge and expertise in helping us to list our condo at the "right price", efficiently handled all of the marketing involved with the sale, skillfully executed the contract, and meticulously facilitated our settlement. We couldn't have asked for a better outcome or a stronger advocate.
During the process of purchasing our next property in Rehoboth, she remained steadfast and committed to helping us find the "perfect" place. We searched high and low, often requesting to see properties that would amount to being a "wild goose chase", but she was always willing to go  the extra mile (literally!) for us. We appreciated Candy's positive attitude and good-natured approach to helping us find our "dream home". If we drove her crazy with requests for viewings  which were all over the map (again, literally!) or with our constant queries, she never let on. Instead, she was graciously accommodating and worked very h****** our behalf.
Under Candy's tutelage, we purchased a wonderful lot in an ideal location and she even connected us with a builder that is absolutely perfect for us. I can not recommend her highly enough!
