I contacted Gary, he was very efficient and quick in getting my project completed . He installed my bathroom ceramic tile for a remodel and the floor turned out perfect. He is very experienced and he given me a reasonable price. I would recommend his service and I would use him again for my future projects.

Pros

Gary had excuses from day one for not being here when expected. Job started 2 weeks late. Granted the job was big but he did not finish. The floor looks nice. He never finished the molding and what was put down as I looked around was shotty. There were gaps, missing pieces and unsecured transition pieces. The job was completed in November 2021. As he was walking out my door he said if you find anything missed call me and I will fix it...that is the kind of man I am. In mid-December 2021 I called and texted him about what needed to be fixed. He got back to me on December 23, 2021 and said I will let you know on the 26th. Still have not heard from him so I hired someone else to come clean up his mess and they could not believe the lack of quality work. He came as a referral from the guy redoing my kitchen.

I called and Gary responded the same day and installed the flooring in the same week! Gary and Andy were very professional and arrived on time and completed the work within the time frame quoted. No mess was left for me to clean up after them. The wood flooring in the bathroom looks impeccable. Very trustworthy and knowledgeable. I recommend them highly and will hire them again for my upstairs bathroom flooring. I met with other contractors and they di not have this company's expertise regarding flooring installation.

I called Gary and he responded within 10 minutes. The following week I had hardwood floors installed in my bedroom. I was concerned that it wouldnâ t match the rest of the floor in the house, but it matched perfectly. He left my home clean and dust free. We originally inquired about having our squeaky floors fixed. When Gary (the owner of Atlantic Coastal Flooring) came to our home to assess the cause of the squeaks, he knew immediately how to correct the problem. He also brought some vinyl plank samples with him, however, they were not the color we had in mind. When we told him we wanted the flooring to compliment our cherry kitchen cabinets but have a casual feel with texture, color contrast and the look of grain and knots found in real wood products. Once Gary listened to our "wish list" he returned with exactly what we had been searching for but couldn't find it anywhere; and we looked in four different retail stores. We selected Natural Pecan vinyl planking. There was a little delay (only about a week) with the product being backordered from the distributor which was out of his control. Gary and his son removed our existing carpet and hauled it away, fixed the squeaks, installed the vinyl plank flooring, painted the quarter round molding to match the baseboards and the finishing touches of nailing the quarter round molding and transition trim. When they were done, our guest bathroom, laundry room, hallway and open concept area of our living/dining rooms were transformed into a completely different look. The flooring is exactly what we were hoping for and Gary's craftsmanship is awesome. My husband and I love our new flooring! Without a doubt, we highly recommend Atlantic Coastal Flooring. We are now planning our next home improvement project and we already know that we will be calling on Gary to do the job.
