Everything went well. I had to pay $50 extra for them to take away debis. We had to leave 2 hours after they came. So not sure how long they were there. The deal was for four hours. When we got back I had to clean up trimmings and branches around all the areas they worked. It filled up our recycle bin which is the large trash container. I continued to clean up for a couple of days. Mom asked if the trimmed the three trees by the driveway. It was not really done. but I told her yes, so that she would not get upset. I didn’t have the heart to tell her that I had to clean up after they left. And that they barely touched the trees by the driveway. They were nice and the yard looks nice. Just didn’t expect to have to clean up myself. Especially after paying $50 extra.

The deal was for one man for 4 hours and I had 2 men. As a courtesy I can trim back the bushes along the driveway."

Everything went as planned but I was amazingly surprised with the owner's level of professionalism and honesty. He did not recommend unnecessary services and performed all work in an efficient manner. I have hired the company to perform weekly landscaping services.

We like Mike's work very much. He and a co-worker arrived at the appointed time and worked continually for most of the afternoon until the job was done. They cleaned up as they worked and took away all the ground cover they tore out. This is the second job Mike has done for us. He pulled out two shrubs in our front yard and replaced them. He also put red brick around the outter edge of our front garden. Again, very professional and worked until he was done. I would recommend him highly.

Mike was excellent...he contacted me immediately and we discussed our plans. We just purchased a new home and wanted to make some changes with the landscape. Mike identified our needs and was able to get all of our requested work done in two days. After removing shrubbery near the house, Mike noticed that the siding needed to be powerwashed as the plants had overgrown into the house. He went above and beyond to make sure the final product was excellent. We will be contacting him in the spring to complete our landscaping project.

Overall good.
Minor item, I thought I was going to get the sidewalks edged, but were weedwacked instead.
Mike was very informative on timing and pleasant to work with.

Mike was very responsive and always maintained contact. His crew was respectful and pleasant and very hard working. I was able to select the plants and colors that we like on a trip with Mike to a local nursery. He could not have been more helpful or accommodating. I would highly recommend his work to others.

We recently put in a pool and wanted something to give us a little more privacy, and Mike suggested we use arborvitae.
He planted 17 arborvitae, placed mulch around each tree, put down landscaping fabric, placed 2-3 inches of river jack stone around the trees and between the pool and our fence (approximately 200 sq ft), and installed metal edging to hold the stone in.
We are very happy with Mike's work, it looks great!

He first came out to clean up my yard and had 12 bags of leaves that he cleaned up. I had him come out again to trim back some trees and grind a stump for me, and tear out a bush and do some weeding. I'm going to have him come back again in a couple weeks and clean up the lawn again once the rest of them fall out of the trees. He's very nice, and called to let me know when he would be here, and if he was going to be late, he would call to let me know when he was going to be here. I would recommend them to other Angie's List member.

Job was done well. We shopped around this time after receiving a lackluster job from another landscaper. Mike matched the service level and price we were looking for and was able to fit us into his schedule quickly (squeezed us in on an off day to get the house back to presentable status and then finished up later in the week.) Knowledgeable. Will use again, already called him for our other property.

The flower beds in front of our house were in need of some love. Mike cuts our grass, so we asked him about landscaping since we didn't know what we wanted to do with the flower beds. He was very helpful and gave us lots of suggestions, and send us sample pictures of plants that we could use. Once we decided what we wanted, Mike and his team came and removed all the plants we didn't like, planted the new plants, and installed a stone retaining wall in a single day. The results look great and we are very happy with Mike's work.
