We discovered a pinhole leak in the water holding tank in the crawl space, which was rapidly filling the space with water. Called and explained the problem, and they were here within the hour. They shut off the water, removed the tank, and were here early the next morning with a new tank. After they left,we discovered a problem with a toilet valve. We called, and they returned within 15 minutes and corrected the problem. Reasonable rates, helpful office staff and two very professional and nice guys did the work. Awesome customer service!

I called early in the morning, waking up the poor man, and he was as nice as he could be. We made an appointment for "between 10 and 11" and he and his son arrived promptly at 10 a.m. They found the problem and fixed it immediately, were very friendly and professional, and offered help in other ways (hose, for instance, and also explaining to me how to clean and protect a brass fixture). I will use The Plumbing Doctor whenever I need a plumber. It is a father-son team, and both were top-notch.
