Very personable and completed the job quickly. I ordered a 12,000 BTU, but his supplier shipped it to the wrong outlet and give us a 15,000 BTU without an increase in price. Would recommend Southern Comfort!

The most recent call was from a tenant who told me that 2 bathroom sinks were backed up and a toilet seat was broken. Within 24 hours Charlie was at the house fixing all the issues.
Previously this summer, an electric company service technician failed to turn on the A/C and my tenant called to let me know that no cold air was coming through the house and it was a hot humid August day....again within the day the problem was fixed.
Over and over again, these guys have responded and fixed various issues I've had. Since I rent the house during the summer, this responsiveness is sooooo important.
They always charge a reasonable fee, and I totally trust their service.

It took the guy a week to come after he said that he was going to come. I called him on a Thursday and he said that he was piled up then but he would be out on the first of the week and he came out the following Thursday after I have made one or two calls. He was very thorough with what he told me was wrong with my system. It was just I am not going to use him again if I would have to call him back a couple of times before he comes out. If he told me that that was going to be the date or whatever, no problem. One reason that I used him was that a friend said that he was his neighbor. His price was considerably higher compared to the same work that I had done in another place that I had but we are talking about two different locations. That would be $238 versus $350 and he was not very responsive and punctual. I would probably use him again because at least I found somebody that knew the thing and performed the work. He told me what was wrong and he knew how to fix it. He got the work done and the system is working fine right now.

If I have an HVAC need I call them; they are really good. They are very responsive and communicated well. They fixed the problem correctly the first time and are reasonably priced.

They are very reputable and honest and didn't charge me to fix the light since they were already there. They are consistently very prompt, honest, and knowledgeable and I'm glad I found them.
