Very well. We had a misunderstanding about something but Tyler went above and beyond to make me happy. I just referred him to someone this week who saw our roof and wanted to know who did it. I need to call him about a new project we are considering.

It was a good experience from beginning to end. They were prompt and professional. The work was done quickly with minimal disruption. Cleanup was thorough. I had gotten many estimates and they were by far the best quote. I would definitely recommend them.

Quality of work was good. Windows are nice. Numerous times I had to point out things that had to be corrected. Prior to having the windows replaced I asked they also did door installation. They said yes and I requested estimate to have one outer door and one sliding door replaced. I never received the estimate after asking a few different times. Because they never responded to my request for the estimate I doubt that I will use them again, though they do decent work.

Very responsive. Tyler (owner) and Tyler (roofer) are an efficient team and provide excellent, timely roof service and repair at affordable rates. Easy to recommend.

He came out on weekend to do a temporary fix to prevent water from coming in to the house. It worked. And the price was ver reasonable.

These guys were great. And let me say, that is hard work!!! But they went about it and were busily doing their thing. Nice, clean work. Love it. One telling moment was when they were finished, they were super careful to walking around the perimeter of my house over and over picking up nails. I bet they went around (each and every guy) maybe ten times with magnets. Good thing, because stepping on a nail is bad news. I was very happy with the work. You should use them. Bill

The Company was very responsiveness in a Location where I had a lot of people interested in the work but no one would show up to do the work. He showed up on time for the estimate and completed the work just when he said he would. The price was very reasonable. Very trusting and conscientious person. I was trying to find other things I could hire the company for. Definitely will use again.

Hershey responded quickly, the cost was reasonable, the work was done on time and they cleaned up well. I would definitely hire again when I need a new roof.

We’ve hired Hershey Exteriors in two occasions. Both times they did an excellent job. They are polite, responsive, skilled and reasonably priced.

I had one estimate from another company, where the guy showed up impeccably clean, very young and gave me an estimate for $3200 to fix a leak in the roof by reinstalling the existing flashing and re-doing the roof on the shed. Then Tyler Hershey came out, clearly he came from another job was very dirty and I immediately trusted him because I knew… This guy works on roofs himself, not merely an estimator. His original estimate was $1400 for everything, but once they opened up my roof of course the problems got worse when you can see what’s going on… The job took eight hours when I think he probably estimated three or four. He did tell me he needed to charge me $200 more dollars for the time spent but I actually thought that was low so I gave him an extra 200. if you want an honest roofer, call Tyler Hershey! He is honest and reasonable. When it’s time for a whole new roof, he is who I will call.

Excellent service, product and price. I had at least three companies provide quotes and Tyler took the time to explain the products he used and why he chose them, for better durability and good companies. He and his team were courteous, professional, cleaned up the site completely each day, and finished on time. He also brought larger pieces of the two colors we were trying to decide on, to the house so we could see them with our house color.

They did a great job! They were timely and did a great cleanup job when they jobs were completed. I am so happy with my new roof and windows!

Tyler and his worker, Tyler, were very responsive. The original $99 fee for the roof inspection ended up costing us $400 total. I was glad to have Tyler come out while a bit of snow and ice remained on the work area. We are looking forward to not being drenched entering our house while entering now.
