Great. I never have any complaints about Mike except that sometimes he's too busy. However, when he commits to a project, it gets done professionally and in a timely way.

Since the repair was completed 5 months ago we have encountered some very heavy rain storms with no signs of leaks.  Mike used dropcloths and ensured everything was cleaned up after his work each day.  Very professional work!

There was a lot of coordination with respect to the Dishwasher.  I bought a new dishwasher over the phone local to the condo.  Mike Harbach picked it up the next morning and took it to the condo to install it.  However, upon inspection he found that the water supply had been turned off to the old dishwasher.  He turned the water supply on and inspected the unit and it worked fine.  He then took the new dishwasher back to the supplier and got me a credit for more than $800.  Mike was very responsive to numerous phone calls to coordinate this effort.  Also, when it became apparent that I needed to replace a dryer, Mike was very responsive to my phone calls to assist in that effort.  Mike is a good guy who is very easy to work with. 

We were very pleased.  He came out quickly and timely to do the estimate.  It took a little overage to get him to come out but it was a seasonal home for us.  He did what he said he would do and worked in a very professional manner.  He kept everything clean and also kept a drop cloth.  He was very professional.

So far, things are going well. The quality of the work is very good and Mike is very nice to deal with. He is, however, very busy. The projects were completed but there was a time lag. However we are continuing to use him.

Mike came right away when called and gave me an estimate that was very reasonable.  He came within the week as we agreed and repaired them items working with two other men.  They were all courteous and hard working.  I was MOST impressed with both the work and with the people involved.  In addition, his fee remained the same even though there was a complication with the air conditioner (the company sent the wrong one) and he needed to return a second day.

We had ordered the shelves online, and he installed them exactly as we wanted, at an excellent price given the amount of time involved. Price was what he had estimated. It took about 6 weeks from the time we had contacted Mike for him to do the installation. However, Mike always responded promptly to phone calls and did explain that he was in the middle of a number of large jobs, and would work us in when he could. He was a man of his word, and performed the work on a Sunday. Should we need further work done on our house he will be our first call.

Went well...he was unable to arrive at the original agreed upon time however was curteous enough to make a call to inform me that he would be later than expected. Very professional!

Very responsive and very responsible. His work is guaranteed. I would definitely hire him again.

Mike took my phone call promptly, arranged to come out within the week and worked until all the repairs were completed.  I must admit that I found additional small repairs that needed his attention, and he was happy to add them.  I plan to use his services again this summer and will certainly call him if/when bigger repairs are needed.

Trying to tackle a renovation project out of state seemed overwhelming at first. Mike made it a breeze with great communication and a great crew. I didn't have to worry about a thing. Even my neighbors called me to say they were impressed that the crew was working evenings and weekends to complete the job on time even though I wasn't there to oversee them. They also made sure the house was spotless when they left on the last day. I would recommend Mike for any job, large or small.

Mike was very prompt in answering our first call and came right over to see the scope of the work. We were provided a detailed estimate of the work involved. We accepted the estimate and set a work start date. Mike was delayed during the work in progress because of the rainy weather. He had to keep waiting for the areas to dry out so he could continue. Mike made good suggestions on some of the materials so that the end result looks great. Actually, better than expected. If he said he'd be here - he was. If, for some reason, he couldn't make it - he'd let me know. He was great to work with from start to finish.
