AAA towed me to this place when my car broke down.
I was on vacation
They didn't even LOOK at the car for over 24 hours and then told me it was the battery.
Since the battery was warrenteed under AAA, I called AAA. Their battery guy said it wasn't the battery, it was the alternator and he couldn't replace the battery, since it was fine.
Goodyear REFUSED to do anything until I told them I was reversing the credit card charge I had paid for the estimate.
Suddenly the manager came out and FINALLY they retested and it turned out they had been wrong. The battery was fine and it needed a new alternator.
Obviously, I didn't have them fix it. AAA actually agreed to re-tow my car to another service place because this one had been so awful.
They were RUDE and obnoxious and horrible. Never, never go there.
