Tom came to the house and inspected and measured the space, and we talked through what we wanted. He came again with a final drawing, a price, and contract. It took about three weeks to complete the project. He built it in his shop and installed it in the house, adding necessary trim to make the house look plumb! There had been a slight misunderstanding about the number of adjustable shelves I had wanted and he returned within two days with extra shelves and made new holes for the supports.
