"John Swift IV sold you your swimming pool and wrote on the contract 500watt. We informed you when you called that we had as much information about your light as you do because it is on your contract from the year 2000. During that time we used 2 different types of lights. As a company we aren't going to inform another pool company when we aren't 100% sure of the product that we used. We would be able to tell what light by looking at it like most reputable pool companies. Although John Swift V is still owner and created this company with his father John Swift IV, Ethan Swift wrote your repair contract. On your contract it doesn't state that it will be installed in May. You signed your contract March 24th 2014 which made you number 54 on the list. We usually start installing end of April or beginning of May depending on weather conditions and temperate. Last year was a late start due because of the rain. If we were able to control the weather we would. We also closed your pool August 15th 2014 free of charge. That is over a month earlier that most people close their pool. With the high temperatures and being closed for 9 months you would never open swim ready. With your opening on May 7th 2015 we also installed 4 grids and a belly band o-ring totally $169.94. Your opening in fact was $400. We still do weekly services but we are no longer taking new customers. The reason is not complaints but we have limited service technicians and we want to be able to still provide repairs for our regular customers. I talked to you on the phone when your liner was out of the bead and you wanted to cancel your service for May 12th 2015 for the repair of your heater, chlorinator lid and vacuuming of your pool. We insisted on putting the liner back in the bead for you because it was under warranty and free of charge. We hope you are happy with the new swimming pool repair company it is always regretful when we lose a customer but we were unable to work together."
