Mattresses
While discussing the purchase with the sales person, I stated that I had a new platform and would like to re-use it. The sales person insisted that the Select Comfort platform was specially designed to work with the mattress and stated that we needed the platform for the bed to work right. Upon delivery we found that the "special" platform was not even close to the quality of the one we had. Secondly, we purchased delivery, set up and removal of the old bed. This is stated in our contract. The installers said that removal and even moving the old bed was not included and we had to move the bed from the room before they could set up the new bed and "special" platform.
