This was the third, small job that Bob did for us.  He replaced trim around our garage doors, installed new storm doors on front and back doors, and, on the date listed above, installed a new sliding door, replacing an old French door.  Bob is at all times professional, friendly and thorough.  I look forward to hiring him for larger jobs in the future.

Bob came recommended to me by our garage door contractor. We hired Bob to repair a joist which had been bumped into by one of our cars. The initial fear was that it was cracked. We also asked Bob to patch up some holes in the driveway near the garage threshold.
Unfortunately, no one showed the first time the job was scheduled. I had some difficulty contacting Bob after that but we eventually linked up and the job got rescheduled. In fairness to Bob, he was busy with a major condo renovation project at the time.
Bob and his crew showed up and completed the job - which ended up being much less complicated than we thought, as the joist was only moved out of place and not cracked. They also patched the driveway where it was needed. The price was definitely right for what was done.
Despite the initial scheduling glitches, I found Bob to be very professional and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good general contractor.

Bob was very responsive and fit my job in within a couple days. Everything was fixed and all messes were cleaned up.

The overall experience was wonderful. Bob kept us informed on how things were going throughout each step and described in detail exactly what was going to happen and when. He was punctual (even early sometimes). We had a concern about how the post on our front porch looked and he was out at our house early the next morning to inspect it and had it corrected right away. We would definitely use Bob again if the need arose!

Bob was a pleasure to work with. He was compliant to our wishes for remodeling all while keeping the integrity in his work. Bob goes the extra mile to make sure the job is done correctly and meets clients' expectations. He is always as professional as can be; he does his work neatly and efficiently.

The job went so smoothly with no hitch. It was done so neatly and precised The end result is satisfaction on my part and a brand new window.

He did a great job, and I think of him often when I can easily maneuver into and out of our garage. The track for the door needed to be raised because the screen door from the house used to hit it at the top. Now the track is high enough, the garage opening is very well supported, and the garage door works very well. Bob has also done a number of smaller projects that we have been very pleased with. He is always professional and pleasant to work with. He has done a number of other, larger projects in our neighborhood. I highly recommend him! (In fact, I joined Angie's list just so I could give him a good recommendation here.)
