RossLand arrived when they said they would. Very professional and we’ve received many compliments from our residents for the work they did. We’ve recently contracted with them for lawn care and snow plowing but they won’t start until Jan 2018. But so far, it’s been a great experience.

Alex returned my phone call for an estimate quickly and scheduled an appointment. He stopped by a day earlier than the appointment because he was in the neighborhood. He provided an estimate in the time frame promised along with a sketch of his proposed design and a catalogue of plants and shrub to choose from. We liked the design and I faxed a signed contract to him and he said he would call with a start date. He called with a start date within one week. The work was started on the scheduled date. The job foreman went over the plan with me before starting the work. The work was done quickly (two days) and in a very professional manner. We have received comments about how beautiful the bank looks. Everthing about the job was poitive and I will be using RossLand for future projects.
