The whole experience was so professional and everything happened exactly as promised. So unlike a previous experience with a Cleveland Avenue repair company which I had trouble even getting information from! To top it all off I just want to know what they washed/treated my whole car and windows with but now weeks later water the car is still repelling water! I've got to call them and get their secret!! Such a wonderful, organized place and it was a pleasure to do business with them!!

They did an excellent repair in a timely manner. The vehicle was delivered back to us fit-showing. It was only a fender that we took it in for. But the car was returned washed, waxed, and vacuum cleaned.

Work very professional. Ready when promised and they called to say one part might not be there and if it was not installed by the time I came to pick it up they would come to my home or office to install it. Fortunately, part arrived before I did. They also cleaned and detailed the car which was nice because it has snowed prior to bringing it in and it was dirty and covered with salt spray.

Repair was performed expertly, on time and within 10% of estimate given by another body shop. When car was picked up it had been completely cleaned and detailed. A nice, unexpected touch. Contact was minimal, but staff were pleasant and helpful.
