They're very good.  I like their boarding and grooming.  They really love animals and you can see it.

Normally I groom my dog myself, but when the seasons change he blows out his coat, and it's definitely much easier to have someone else do it. Based on some of the reviews here I decided to go with Playtime Doggie Daycare, and I couldn't have been happier.
Grooming is by appointment, so you have to call ahead to schedule a time. If you're a new client you'll also need to provide proof of vaccinations for your dog. When you arrive the process is pretty straight forward. You check in, verify your services, and then the groomer will come out and get your dog. The grooming takes about an hour, so you are free to run an errand or two in the meantime.
My dog definitely came out smelling better (albeit perhaps a little too good for a male), all the loose fur was gone, and they got his nails nice and short. $50 seems very reasonable to me for the service, and I'll probably use them every 3 months or so to take care of the really bad shedding times.

The service does a wonderful job bathing and grooming my dogs and the price is competative with their competition. The beeter value is obtained for a full service grroming versus individually picking out specific services. I usually have the full grooming done to inlude teeth and the last time I just had a bath and nails done along with a sanitary area grooming. The cost for this came out almost the same as if I had the full service grroming done. Next time I will go with the full service. As far as grroming goes they do a great job asking how you want the dogs grromed and then do the work. I have had a couple instances where a new grromer will work on my dog and then the cut may not be exactly as I wanted. I usually will try and request the specific groomer that has previously grromed my dog as I liked. Over all they do very good work, are competitively priced and appointments are usually available without waiting for weeks to get in.

I enjoy what they do and they are inexpensive. I'm going away again in October and she will be going back again. I know she will be well taken care of and have a great time.

I had a bad experience at another doggy daycare facility and went into this one more than a bit skeptical. The owner was friendly and understood the issues I was having with my dog (separation anxiety that resulted in non-stop barking). Not only did she not have a problem with that, she commented and quot;that's what dogs doand quot;. My dog is loving the attention she gets here and the staff is friendly and they all seem to really love their jobs (playing with dogs all day? Who wouldn't!). I am so happy with the care she is getting and would definitely recommend them!!

I absolutely adored the groomer that groomed my dog. I've had him done a several other places and he is always shaking when I pick him up. The don't put the good in cages so he was able to socialize with other dogs. The staff was very nice and very helpful even the girl who answered the phone. She was very patient with me, answered all my questions and helped me find the right appointment that fit my schedule. There were a couple of things that bothered me. The place smelled really bad and the place looks really run down. However this did not effect how they treated my dog. Therefore I will use them again.

Whenever our work schedules are so hectic we won't be home for 8+ hours we drop our very energetic dog off at Playtime Doggie Daycare. Our dog loves it! The facility is clean and well run, the dogs are carefully screened, and the owner and her staff really care about the animals.

The staff is very nice. They are very caring. They keep a watchful eye on your pets. They report any problems to you. I also like the fact that they separate the small dogs from the big dogs. When I go pick my pet up, the groomer comes to me and makes sure that I am satisfied.
