Perfectly. Pinnacle came in at the lowest price and were consistently on time, polite, and professional. The floors look great and the rest of the house remains sawdust free.

They were absolutely fantastic. It was over the top wonderful. The price was way less than everybody else. To me, it was perfection. They're very nice people, very professional. They're always on time. Communication was great. Their job was absolutely perfect. I would hire them in a minute. They were fantastic. I'm planning to hire them again. They didn't fall short on anything. The floors are great. It was great.

This job is why I joined Angie's List. I wanted to have wood floors installed over concrete foundation, and knew that could be tricky. I had already gotten an estimate from a "big box" store, and when I talked to the estimator/installer, he told me some things that I knew were not right. Example: Since I was having the entire downstairs re-floored, I did not want any joints/seams/thresholds showing from room to room. He told me that with engineered hardwood I would have to have a threshold at the wide opening between my living room and dining room. That told me that he was either not qualified for the job or that he was not telling me the truth. Neither of those were acceptable, so I joined Angie's List, and among the companies available, I chose Pinnacle because their ratings were so high and they were nearby. I like doing business with my neighbors if possible.
With the "big box" store's estimate in hand as a reference, I called Pinnacle. They came by within a day or two to estimate the job. I had their estimate the next day, visited their showroom to choose a product, and scheduled the work. A big snowfall delayed the work by a day, but they called promptly to let me know. The work started about two weeks from getting the estimate.
One of my concerns when having any type of work done is leaving people I don't know alone at my house. The owner assured me that his installers were long-time employees and that their turn-overs were low. They treat employees well, and pay them well enough that they don't have a revolving-door of minimally skilled installers. My conversations with the installers bore this out.
The job was finished on time with no snags whatsoever. The floor is just beautiful! The cost was higher than the big-box store, but having a well-executed, quality job done with no headache was worth the extra money.
Bottom line: no regrets after seven months living with my beautiful new floor.

I gave them a week envelope, I went on vacation, they had to rush the job at the end as they had over committed themselves and my job suffered.
I would never leave them in my house alone again, they were the sloppiest, dirtiest group I have ever run across. Because I wasn't there they did not hang all the plastic they said they would and thus the dirt and dust from sanding was all over my house. They were to hang plastic in the hallway to prevent dust from entering the rest of the house and they DID NOT! I had stain hand prints on my white kitchen cabinets, on my Fireplace in the kitchen and my refrigerator. Additionally, in the small bathroom attached to the kitchen, where they were doing that floor as well, they got stain over the bottom part of the Water closet that I still have not been able to remove totally.
Additionally, they used my upstairs bathroom, they had no business being in my upstairs - what else could they have gotten into, God only knows. Yes, they left it dirty and soiled as well.
There was no clean up on their part, I would recommend that people avoid this company.

Excellent job by Pinnacle Floors. We are very happy and couldn't say more about their professionalism and willingness to work with their customers. They sure made us very happy and we are very satisfied with their work. the floors were done perfectly by Bill and his team. Bill and his assistant Robert were so helpful with moving our furniture around before and after the floors were done. they usually cleaned up at the end of each day. The work was done over a week but well done. I would recommend Pinnacle to other potential customers any time. Special thanks to Ed Ortolano and Harry for scheduling us quickly and getting the work done per our expectations. They are very reliable and good to work with.

The guy who did the quote was kind of weird and the guy that did the work was really nice. Some of the things that I thought would look really good sort of didn’t and some of things that I thought would really bad sort of didn’t. So overall I was happy with their work. The price was okay.

All I ask is that contractors do what they say they are going to do... they did.
I was waiting for something to go wrong, because everything went so perfectly.
They were on time as scheduled.
The installers were very polite.
They left my home clean.
The floors are exactly what I wanted, the way I wanted them.

They are still working at the house but I can tell its going to be a real nice job. There will be dust but it is minimal. However, dust is dust so you have to clean up when the job is done, no way around it. The odor and stain smells are bad but thats to be expected. They do close off the work area which helps with dust control.

The staff of Pinnacle Flooring did an outstanding job refinishing our foyer hardwood flooring. Everyone involved in the project from the salesman to the workers who did the job were all knowledgeable and anxious to make sure the job they did was worthy of the trust my wife an I had in the company. My wife and were really impressed in the workers' desire to make sure we were satisfied in what was being done and were willing to take a few extra steps to insure they did a quality job worthy of our praise. All I can say is Job Well Done.

Overall, their work was first-class. Very professional crew. When the job was finished, the replacement boards blended in with the old boards perfectly. The floors really look beautiful. There was an issue with the header boards, though, and we asked the owner to come out. He did and agreed that they were not done properly, suggested a solution, and the crew came out and fixed the problem to our satisfaction. Unfortunately, we lost more than 1 week's time due to scheduling (including the hurricane delay). We now have scheduled Pinnacle to do the next section of refinishing floors in our house in a few weeks.

Their services were expensive but excellent. I got the work done in my lower floor and they actually did it cheaper than when I had the entire lower floor done.

Their price was the best, and the toe molding was included, unlike another contractor who suggested we do that part ourselves to save money (and that contractor's price was still 2K more!). It took almost 5 days for ~1,500 sq feet. Our home is in Bear, Delaware. Would definitely recommend.

I first met with a couple of the folks at Pinnacle to discuss what type of floor to install and the whole process. They were very generous with their time and very helpful. They started on time and all the workers were polite and professional. Their sanders and installers (Troy and Steve) are excellent at their job and show a true pride in their work. My floors look great. I am very pleased. It was a big job and they managed it well. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

I had to cancel installation on at least three occasions due to work. They were very patient and did not try to charge me any additional fees. The two employees that arrived to begin installation appeared young, but were very experienced in laying wood flooring. They completely ripped out our old linoleum floor down to the bare floor, then discovered a problem with a section of the floor that had to be replaced. We were charged extra, but I knew that it would be as per the contract. They replaced the section professionally then laid down the 3/4 inch oak flooring. The job took them two days to complete. It completely changed the look of our home. We are very pleased with the expert work and precision their two young men(Steve and Shawn)did. After installation, Ed visited our home to inspect the work done to ensure that there were no problems and to see if we were satisfied with the installation.

Very well. Our previous contractor had installed an engineered floor incorrectly causing it to buckle (it was not able to be salvaged, the entire floor had to be removed). I expressed my concerns to Bill at Pinnacle because we had had such a problem the first time and I did NOT want to go through that again. Bill assured me that he would not sell me a floor unless he had complete confidence that we would be satisfied. We were extremely happy with the results. The installer who showed up was very polite and concerned with doing a good job.
