Sure we're being hired to do a job, but it's at someone's house -- that's about as personal as it gets! So, NK takes the approach: "What kind of job would we do if this were our house? And how would we behave?" The goal is to do great work and to leave the Customers in a great place. We're local, so we know we'll be seeing our Customers again.
