This review is for the house at 955 Old Harmony Rd in Newark, De I have to say Jason pulled all the stops on this one! This house had ticked all the boxes. My wife wanted a master on the first floor, Check! I wanted an upstairs bedroom with bath, check! Two car garage, check! Enough ground for gardening, check! Wife wanted upscale kitchen, check! We both wanted our own bathroom, check! High end finishes throughout, from the granite counter tops in the chef's kitchen to the tiling in the master and guest bathroom. Well done Jason! This house could be called the Goldie Locks house, not too big and not too small, just right. With an open floor plan for the living, dining areas and kitchen and 3 bedrooms and two and half baths on the first floor was perfect. The bonus was the upstairs master suite, with a master bedroom and master bath! Master baths boast walk-in showers, upstairs master bath has triple shower heads ooh la la! The house has proved to be energy efficient saving on heating and cooling bills and the water usage is minimal. I have to say we love our house and continue making it our home. There were a few minor hiccups but I'm happy to say Jason cleared them up quickly. Kudos Jason! Homeowners, Michele and David.

I needed some excavation work done in a short period of time and these guys did and estimate and turned the project around for me fast clean and efficiently and passed inspection for the grading to the side of a house I sold. Excellent work.

Very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. I had a air bnb installed on my property and Jason completely separated the electric so the air bnb would be on its own service. He installed a split unit hvac system as well.
