We've been a customer for over 20 years and won't go anywhere else.  Great care, caring people, at a decent price.

I had another veterinarian for like about 20 years, but I switched over to her because I was having trouble with my dog's fur. Their hair was falling out, and my other veterinarian had not been able to diagnose it. She was able to diagnose my pets in like two minutes. Currently, they had mange from the foxes in the area. She diagnosed it within a couple of minutes. She was amazing. My veterinarian had been working on it for like six months. She is very, very good in getting diagnosis. She is very smart.

We had made an appointment for 4/22, but the staff called on 4/21 and said they had a cancellation and would I like to bring her in at that time. Yes! We walked in, and the dog was greeted first. We were second, which pleased me greatly. With very little waiting we were in a room with a staff member ready to work on our dog. This wasn't our first visit, so staff know our dog (and us). We were out the door 20 minutes later. When I go to a doctor, I want it to be all about me. When I go to New London, I know it's all about my animals. Mikki and her staff look to the animal's welfare above anything else and I have been a happy and loyal customer for 20 years. That's three dogs and 7 cats worth of care...all at reasonable prices. New London will not try to push treatments on you and charges reasonable fees for care. If you're a pet owner who's looking for the spa treatment for you - don't go here. This is an ANIMAL hospital, not a psychiatric clinic for owners.
