The girls that came out were pleasant and ok job. The guy on the phone who takes the appointments was HORRIBLE! I had to cancel, (I called several days ahead of time,) SCREAMED at me and hung up. Usually they sent different girls out each month, which I didn't like.

They are very professional; they are trained and they are bonded. They do an excellent job. They send at least two people every time, and they are set up in such a way that if something happens with either or both of these people, they send somebody else.

All in all, they are the best cleaning service I have used. They are also the most expensive. The work and attention to detail will vary depending on the team but usually is good. When I have an issue the management is extremely responsive. The best perk is that I can communicate with the team directly!

THEY ALWAYS COME WHEN THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO AND CALL A DAY IN ADVANCE TO NOTIFY ME THEY ARE COMING. THEY ARE VERY TRUSTWORTHY.
