It was very expensive. They are fine but dealerships are very expensive. They gave good service. I wouldn't give them an A overall because of their prices. I was not in a rush to get it done. They were fine.

They are OK, they are always trying to up sell me stuff. The car runs fine. I have used them several times, sometimes they are quick and other times they aren't so quick. They take a couple of hours longer, it's annoying. They are fine overall and they are a dealership.

Told the recall repair would take and quot;45 minutes to 1 hour.and quot; So, I made an appointment and brought the car -- I was early, not late.
One and one-half hours later from the appointment time, the car was ready. I have a horrid back, so I am very careful about making appointments that do not require long (1+ hours) of sitting. So much, for my being careful. Could barely walk when I left.
Service staff had and quot;reviewedand quot; major systems and found serious problems that needed to be addressed -- everything from new tires needed to a new battery. My tires are only 4 years old and I don't drive much, and I never had any problem with the battery. Got the, and quot;well, it appears these systems could go soon.and quot;
Taking car to a good mechanic for review and repairs, as needed.
** Will only use this provider for recalls, as it is the only Honda dealership near my home.

It is expensive, but it is pretty good. You can get it in on a Saturday and you can it back before the end of the day. The service work is always done the way it should be. We are pretty happy with them.

Last year there was a problem with the transmission and it needed to be replaced. They contacted the Honda Corporation and had them provide the transmission for free. All we paid for was labor. The car was only four years old which is why Honda did that. They have excellent customer service.
