Used a nice grade of shingle and completed the job in a somewhat timely manner. Shortly after installation, parts of the roof started to "rise" or "bump up". Won't ever return phone calls to address the issue. Never resolved the problem. Didn't use real plywood for roof, didn't actually provide or hook back up the bathroom exhaust fan. It was literally secured to the roof from the inside, but no hole was cut or vent kit installed. For a year it was pouring moisture and heat onto the sheathing. No permit was pulled to do the work. Workers could not communicate with us and probably were not insured. Tried reaching out to him for months afterwards and never received a phone call back. After speaking with several other people found out he isn't a good guy and has issues. Great price, but you get what you pay for.
