Joe the Plumber (Newark, DE) is the BEST. We noticed a problem with our hot water heater, called Joe the Plumber, he came over that morning, he diagnosed the problem, thoroughly explained the problem to us and we decided to get a new hot water heater. Our old water heater was about 10 years old so it was time. Price was very reasonable. Due to prior commitments Joe did the installation the following day. We now have a perfectly functioning hot water heater. Joe was very professional, courteous and friendly. A very nice gentleman. In the future we will be contacting Joe with any plumbing problems that come up. Thanks Joe!

He was punctual. He did not try to oversell any services. He basically came and did what I asked.
