During our very first meeting, Dan immediately understood what we were looking for in the home theater and designed the perfect home theater for us and at a price that we could afford (unlike a few other providers that we spoke to at the same time). They have also implemented a home automation system using a URC-based system that allows me to control and troubleshoot all the electrical and electronic equipment at home from anywhere in the world (which I have done more than once...:-)...).
