Very efficient, an artist with the floors. He knows his woods and gives information on how to maintain the floors. I bought my first home which had hardwood floors. He refinished them for me. Before he did he showed me a items that were on the floor where even though they could be smoothed down they would still show. I was fine with that. When he finished the floor, those items looked like they were things that would naturally occur in wood and gave the floor character, quality and luster. I would use Haynes again in a heartbeat and recommend him to anyone. Everyone asks me "Who did your floor?" I tell them.

These guys, although they do great work, left all materials at the job site for me to dispose of.

Loved Ubie. On time and thorough, great attention to detail. Floors look beautiful. Great customer service. End price was very close to what he originally quoted us since there was some repair work involved that we could not see when the carpet was on the floor. We had a big project, multiple rooms and he got it all done in a very timely manner. Cleaned up after he was done. Very pleased and would highly recommend this company to anyone who asked.

This was not the least expensive bid I received, but it was only a bit more, and for that extra, there was real value delivered. He is thoughtful, careful, insightful and approached our job with care and attention. Eubie Haynes knows floors and was always prompt, and responsive. He suggested not staining our floor, but leaving them natural, which was clearly the right decision. Additionally, he used higher quality materials (better polyurethane) and paid close attention to all the details of the job. This guy is great, and I recommend him unconditionally.
