Ehrlich Pest Control

I am upset and disappointed with Ehrlich's overall service! The back office staff who organize appointments do not confirm anything with the homeowner. The date and time of my appointment was emailed to me. I was not contacted for my availability. My window for the technician's arrival was noon to 5 PM, but he did not show. When I called the Office the next day, I was told he inspected the outside of my home for termites but I did not get a knock on the door to inspect the inside of the house after I waited five hours. In previous years, the technician had always inspected the interior on the same day he did the exterior inspection. I have been using Ehrlich's service for more than 20 years; however, when my contract expires in June, 2024, I will not renew. Perhaps the company has grown too big to care.

The technicians are amazing people and extremely friendly, but the staff that organizes appointments never confirms anything with the homeowners. There is no communication to the technicians and they now resort to automatic postcards with random times for appointments. They are losing customers left and right because of their back office inefficiencies. They have grown too big to care at this point. SAD, because their technicians are the best in the industry. Scheduling and customer service should be the easiest part of the business.

Before technician left, he pulled his calendar and made an appointment for 2 weeks to come back and check the traps. When he was 1 1/2 hours late, I called the office and was told I did not have an appointment.  The technician never followed through.

They are reliable. They come on time. They are easy to schedule and reschedule with.

We've been happy with their service. We got them from Angie's List. They've done a good job so far. It's very nice. We've had a little problem with ants and we called them in and we've had no problem with any insects. On pricing, I guess they are at par with other people doing insect control. The young man who comes is very nice. They've been good with regards to their responsiveness, punctuality, and professionalism.

It was quite an experience. They were very, very kind and came right out the same day. When I found bed bugs in my home, I was devastated. They were very compassionate and I called the technician often with many questions and he would get back to me right away. They were outstanding and very respectful of our home. You can tell they cared for the home and removed items that would be effected by the heat. They covered all items that needed to be and removed a painting I would have forgot about. They did not miss a beat.

We've been using them for years. They do a fine job and we are very pleased with their service. They are punctual and come on scheduled time.

We were worried about ants and what looked like sawdust in the garage...thinking they might be termites. This exterminator was friendly, came out on time. He gave us a simple solution we could do.....at no cost. We will definitely call them and recommend to others.

We had them for a long time. It turned out well, but they changed companies and it did not work out for us.

They do a good job. I recommend them. I just didn't like that we had to sign a year contract to have the service done. They also require a direct withdrawal from your account for your monthly payments. They are also somewhat selective if you have more than one building on your property.

I love them. I have had the same service man since we started a long time ago. It's nice to know who is coming out. Their service had been great.

I’ve been using them for about fifteen years, and they’ve done a great job. They’re always on time, schedule and keep the appointments, and come back if I have a specific problem (for example, we’ve had ant attacks a few times) at no additional cost. I’ve been very pleased with them.

They are quick and efficient. I am satisfied with their services.

They are very personable. The same person comes out every time. Their pricing is higher than other companies. I do think their prices are worth it. 

They were on time.  I will not use this company again.  The guy came out for an estimate, which was fantastic.  Then they scheduled to come out and do it.  First, they said we didn't have to be at home, and then they said we have to be at home.  Nobody told me that the payment had to be made the day, they come out.  I had to make the payment before they started the work.  Usually, they would leave the bill, and they wanted me to be at home.  The lady came out to spray and she said she couldn't start the work until I make the payment.  I was out in the morning and my babysitter was here, she called me.  I talked to the lady over the phone and she wanted me to give her my credit card details over the phone when I was sitting in a store talking over the cell phone.  Fortunately, I was not far from my home, so I came home and wrote a check for her.  Apparently, the guy who came out for the estimate talked to my husband, not me.  They gave us an estimate to spray in the basement.  We paid for the whole thing and after I made a follow-up call to have them come back and spray in the basement, they never did.  The lady who came out was very nice and professional.  She did her job according to what her paperwork was.  The whole thing was that we were not told about the payment upfront.  They were rude asking us to make the payment before they could start the work.  They never returned our phone calls, and when they did, they said they would send someone out to do the work.  They never sent anybody out.

Everything has gone really good.
