I was assigned to this company by my home warranty provider to fix a washer. The guy said I needed a part that would be in by the end of the week. A month passed and during that time I called the company several times. Each time they told me they either could not tell me when it was in or that it would be in "a few days." When I asked to speak to the manager after two months had passed, I was told that was not possible. When I asked for an address so I could come in person to speak to anyone in authority, I was told the business was run out of the woman who I was speaking with's house. She said she took it as a personal threat that I was going to come out. I explained in a calm and even tone that I was not threatening anyone but merely wanted to speak to someone who could give me a date or a tracking number or anything. She reiterated that I had "personally threatened" her, said there were no public accommodations where she was and hung up on me. I called the home warranty company to get a different vendor. I called the repair company back and told them I had been assigned a new contractor. The woman told me they had already ordered my part and I could not switch companies. I told her it was between her and the warranty company at that point. She once again yelled at me that “I did not know what the h*** I was doing” hung up on me. Do not use this company if you can possibly avoid it. If you are assigned to them by your home warranty company, ask for another vendor. Most companies will honor this request.
